Pricing
3/4th of the work I do are tables and mirrors, the chart below is what I will use to calculate my quote. For that other 1/4 of items - I will need to quote the item individually.
You may think otherwise, but I want to keep this simple. Most of my tables are square or rectangular - using metal or glass tops - the price on those is driven by the table top size; depth times length, to arrive at a square inch measurement. Height is not a factor unless markedly different from normal sizing. Base style is not a factor with the single exception of "Ionic Column" table whose leg construction is rather complex. Thus use the chart below as a starting point for all table pricing, and an end point for most..
If the top is less than 150 square inches, $350
150 to 299 $400
300 to 450 $450
451 to 600 $500
601 to 750 $600
751 to 900 $800
901 to 1200 $1100
1201 to 1500 $1300
1501 to 1800 $1500
1801 to 2100 $1900
above 2100 to be quoted.
For Mirrors, use the same square inch measurement, but half the price shown for tables.(Mirrors are shipped without glass, price reflects an allowance for the cost on your end.)
Optional extras (here we depart a bit from simple.)
Round, oval, amorphic tables with metal tops, add 10%.
Round with glass tops (only floated glass used) add 20%.
Oval or amorphic glass must be individually quoted.
For tables or mirrors, Tile or Shard tops add 40%. As to color and style - while trying to respect client's wishes, I'm limited by material and a stubborn nature. Shards are especially limited in color range, and shard surfaces are coffee mug, but not wine glass, stable. Stone adds 40%. If you require a finished edge rather than a metal boarder or a rough cut edge, a separate quote will be required.
Faux Rust (copper wash - varies unpredictably between copper, red rust, tawny, orange, all with natural steel coloring also showing in areas) add 20%.
Sandblasting is charged at $30 per square foot - regardless of pattern coverage.
Powder Coating in clear adds 20%. Other colors require special quote.
I know this is clear as mud, but once we discuss the item, the quote will be apparent.
